The prep cook is responsible for assisting in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, cupping sauces, and prepping food for use in daily specials. The prep cook also assist in general cleaning and storing food items and non-food items, and cleaning and sanitizing production and storage equipment.

JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
- Prepare salads, sauces, dressings, etc.
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they are organized and easily accessible
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing cooking and food storage areas
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
- Relieve cooks and waitresses for breaks
